To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact me directly.
Why We Need Your Information and How We Use It
We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Finally, we record information (among other things the IP address used) for composing user statistics and for securing the website.

we share your name and delivery address details with our third-party suppliers, credit card processors or shipping companies. This data sharing enables them to deliver the goods you ordered directly to you. Transferring data internationally
In order to provide our goods and services, we may need to transfer your information from your country of residence to another country in the usual course of our business. By dealing with us and submitting your personal information, you agree to the transfer, storage, and/or processing of your personal information outside of your country of residence as set out below.
If you are based outside the Netherlands and place an order with us, then we will transfer the personal data that we collect from you to Peki Design in the Netherlands.
Transferring outside of the EEA
We may transfer your personal information to a third party data processors located in countries outside of the European Economic Area (‘EEA’).

Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Therefore, Peki Design aims at having data transmitted safely between your computer and our server Peki Design has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss or any form of illegal processing.
Please note that any comments or information that you post on the website, including the Peki Design Blog and social media pages, become public and third parties may use your information. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
